By now, many of you will have already heard directly from us about changes to your appointments.
As of Monday 6th April, all of our clients will make the transition to receiving psychology services using telehealth options. This will allow all clients to continue to access the support of their Psychologist during the unprecedented COVID-19 health crisis.
Clients can continue with appointments using either telephone or videoconferencing options.
We are aware that many of you may be anxious about the health and well-being of your family. Many of our families will also be under considerable stress due to significant changes to routines and the pressures of distance education. As such, we want to reassure you that we are committed to doing everything we can to support the mental health and overall well-being of you and your family. This has been our passion for the past 15 years and remains our focus now.
We therefore STRONGLY recommend that where possible, all clients continue to receive support from their Psychologist in order to maintain their mental health during this very difficult time. We have NOT underestimated how stressful the coming weeks and months will be for our clients and the community as a whole.
Please contact reception if you need additional support from your Psychologist or if you have further questions or concerns about your appointments.
