Physical distancing has meant that we have all increased the amount of time that we spend online. This means that it is now more important than ever to keep children and young people safe online.
The e safety commissioner’s website has excellent resources for families to use including an advice booklet for parents and carers. A link to the e safety commissioner website can be found below.

By now, many of you will have already heard directly from us about changes to your appointments.
As of Monday 6th April, all of our clients will make the transition to receiving psychology services using telehealth options. This will allow all clients to continue to access the support of their Psychologist during the unprecedented COVID-19 health crisis.
Clients can continue with appointments using either telephone or videoconferencing options.
We are aware that many of you may be anxious about the health and well-being of your family. Many of our families will also be under considerable stress due to significant changes to routines and the pressures of distance education. As such, we want to reassure you that we are committed to doing everything we can to support the mental health and overall well-being of you and your family. This has been our passion for the past 15 years and remains our focus now.
We therefore STRONGLY recommend that where possible, all clients continue to receive support from their Psychologist in order to maintain their mental health during this very difficult time. We have NOT underestimated how stressful the coming weeks and months will be for our clients and the community as a whole.
Please contact reception if you need additional support from your Psychologist or if you have further questions or concerns about your appointments.
In an effort to comply with evolving guidelines to manage the spread of COVID-19, we are working hard to minimise the number of people in our office. As such, our receptionist Gabriella will be working offsite from Monday, 30th March 2020 until further notice.
Although she won’t be in the office, you can still contact her on the usual phone number (4706 9536) and email address (firstname.lastname@example.org).
You can make appointments when you see your Psychologist or over the phone with Gabriella as usual. At this stage, payments will need to be made using electronic funds transfers using the details provided to you in your invoice. Your invoice will be sent to you ahead of your appointment.
Gabriella will also be able to organise a videoconference if there’s something in particular you’d like to discuss, or if you or your child would like to say hello!
